Position Overview:
As a Hotel Night Auditor at Sleep Inn & Suites, you will be responsible for managing the nightly operations of our hotel, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for our guests. This position is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who excel in customer service and are comfortable handling financial information.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage online and phone reservations.
• Handle daily accounting and financial tasks with precision.
• Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions.
• Address and resolve guests' issues and ensure their stay is comfortable.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services.
• Ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain tidy and well-organized.
• Assist in various front desk duties and provide excellent customer service throughout the night shift.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hotel management or relevant field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role in hospitality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and hotel management software (e.g., ChoiceAdvantage).
• Strong understanding of customer service and accounting principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work overnight shifts, and holidays.
